Sunday Riders

We enjoyed a typical stay-at-home worship service today.
The local weather has been really weird.  This morning it was 40-something degrees and cold wind.
Later this afternoon the winds slowed a bit and it warmed up to the sixties.
We had been NOwhere all day and were getting a bit stir crazy just watching TV and surfing the Internet, and around 4-5:00 PM we decided we were going to go for at least a short trike ride.
So we saddled up the Tandem Terratrike and loaded up Tink and Lilly and took off.
We left Callie Cat behind.  She has not developed a fondness for triking like the rest of us.
We only rode a bit over 3 miles and really enjoyed stretching our leg muscles.
As usual, it helped lower my blood glucose resulting from Jacque's Sunday Treat she cooked for us:
